Trearddur Bay is south of Holyhead on Holy Island. The village spreads out along a coastline of delightful secret rocky coves and grassy banks, and has at it’s heart a large sandy bay. The waters are crystal clear perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling and the coves offer sheltered spots to enjoy a breadth of watersports.
There are plenty of places to eat and have a drink in this attractive village such as the Sea Shanty and the Seacroft.
It has a plethora of walks along the coastal path to Porth Dafarch and South Stack and along the other way to Rhoscolyn. It is also home to Anglesey’s smallest nature reserve at Porth Diana.
